About UniUnity

A student idea about a very human problem.

Ayush Agarwal

Ayush is from Kolkata and completed his schooling at St. Xavier's Collegiate School. He is currently pursuing B.Com (Hons) at Shri Ram College of Commerce in Delhi.

His public professional profile reflects an early focus on finance, entrepreneurship, student organisations and community-led work. He has been associated with Enactus SRCC and the Finance and Investment Cell at SRCC, alongside participation in student-led initiatives and academic competitions.

UniUnity brings those interests together around a problem he has seen from the student side: moving abroad is not only a university decision. It is a social, cultural and everyday-life transition that deserves better support.

Why build this

The gap is not information. It is context.

Students can find endless articles about studying abroad. What is harder to find is a trusted person who understands the specific question behind the question.

The starting point

Make the first connection easier.

The founding idea places peer connection at the centre because familiarity can reduce the friction of asking small, vulnerable or highly practical questions.

The product direction

Build a wider transition layer.

From that starting point, UniUnity can add practical language, everyday-living support, local awareness, community and trusted partnerships.

The principles

What should stay true as UniUnity grows.

The company can expand its features and partner network without losing the reason it exists.

◎

Human before transactional

Prioritise people, confidence and adaptation over turning every student need into a transaction.

↗

Useful before impressive

Build features around real student moments rather than a long list of capabilities.

⌂

Familiarity as a bridge

Use cultural familiarity to help students begin, then encourage wider local and cross-cultural connection.

+

Partners with purpose

Bring institutions and services into the experience only when they clearly improve the student journey.

UniUnity is still being shaped. The right early users and partners can shape it well.

Students can join the community. Universities, counsellors and student organisations can start a partnership conversation.
